AMRA Big Bike Steward: Leadership Transition and Training for 2027

Leadership Update | AMRA Community

The Arizona Motorcycle Riders Association (AMRA) is pleased to share an important leadership update within our Big Bike program. Nick Fieldson has joined AMRA as the incoming AMRA Big Bike Steward, training during the 2026 season and preparing to assume the role full-time in 2027.

This planned transition reflects AMRA’s commitment to continuity, strong leadership, and consistent support for our Big Bike racers.

What the AMRA Big Bike Steward Role Means for Racers

The AMRA Big Bike Steward is a key leadership position within the series, helping ensure fair competition, rider safety, and effective communication across Big Bike classes. During the 2026 season, Nick Fieldson will train alongside current leadership, gaining hands-on experience supporting:

  • Consistent application of class rules

  • Clear communication between riders, clubs, and officials

  • Rider safety and sportsmanship

  • On-site race support and issue resolution

This training period allows AMRA to maintain high standards while preparing future leadership in a thoughtful and structured way.

Thank You to Nick Fisher for His Continued Leadership

AMRA extends a sincere thank you to Nick Fisher, our current AMRA Big Bike Steward, for his dedication, leadership, and service to the racing community. In addition to continuing his role during the 2026 season, Nick Fisher is generously mentoring and training his 2027 replacement—an effort that strengthens the future of the series.

Volunteer leadership and mentorship are essential to the success of AMRA, and Nick Fisher’s commitment exemplifies the spirit of our organization.

Building the Future of AMRA Through Volunteer Leadership

AMRA is built on the dedication of volunteers who care deeply about Arizona off-road motorcycle racing. By investing in leadership development and smooth transitions, we ensure a strong, stable future for racers, clubs, and families across the series.

Please join us in welcoming Nick Fieldson and thanking Nick Fisher for their leadership and service.

👉 We encourage our community to share this post and help recognize the volunteers who make AMRA racing possible.
