AMRA RD3 Outlaw Enduro Recap: Course & Competition
Riders took on rugged, technical terrain across remote desert singletrack that demanded endurance, smart race strategy, and mechanical preparation.
Race Format
A-Class: 90 miles, 4 tests
B-Class: 85 miles, 4 tests
C-Class: 55 miles, 3 tests
Remote gas pits supported competitors, but the course's intensity still led to cramping, exhaustion, mechanical failures, and fuel-strategy challenges.
Weather conditions were nearly perfect, cool mid-50° mornings warming into sunny 70° afternoons, with ideal riding conditions throughout the weekend.
