We’re excited to announce a new venue for this year’s AMRA Year-End Awards Banquet!
Due to technical and logistical challenges with the original rodeo event, we’ve shifted to an upgraded, stress-free location that will make this celebration even better.

Ticket Pricing

Purchase banquet tickets through Zeffy:

🎟️ Adult Ticket: $40
🎟️ Child Ticket: $25 (15 years and younger)

Your ticket includes a full barbecue buffet, one non-alcoholic beverage, & awards ceremony.

Cut-off date for tickets is Dec 10!

A Fun, Relaxed Afternoon for the Entire AMRA Community

Celebrate the hard-earned accomplishments of our racers and clubs.

🍖 Classic Barbecue Buffet
Enjoy a hearty spread featuring pork or chicken and all your favorite fixings.
A non-alcoholic beverage is included. A full bar will be available on-site for additional drink purchases.

🤠 Optional Fun Activity (2–3 PM)
Lighthearted, optional goat-tying fun for anyone who wants to jump in.

💃 Music & Dancing
After the awards, enjoy dancing and social time with the AMRA family.

Why the Venue Change?

We faced some unexpected challenges with the original rodeo-style setup. Rather than push forward with something that didn’t fully meet our expectations, we chose a venue that allows us to focus on what matters most: celebrating our racers, enjoying great food, and bringing our community together.

Dillon’s Western Trails Ranch gives us the perfect mix of space, atmosphere, and amenities to host an unforgettable banquet without the complications.
