Applications for 2026 Executive Board & Officer roles are open through October 29, 2025.
Executive Board Positions Open for Election:
President – Oversees day-to-day operations, works with clubs and committees to ensure a successful race series, and serves as the principal executive officer. (Currently held by Phil Carlin)
Vice President – Supports the President, ensures effective communication between clubs and AMRA officials, and assists in series growth. (Currently held by Cindy Lowerre)
Secretary – Maintains records, schedules meetings, manages communications, and oversees voting processes. (Currently held by Rustin Russo)
Treasurer – Manages AMRA finances, prepares budgets and reports, and ensures compliance with financial policies. (Currently held by Marshall Gerston)

Big Bike Steward – We Need You!
The Big Bike Steward plays a vital role in our series — overseeing officiating at events, managing the rider database and series standings, coordinating race results with clubs, and ensuring consistency across all events. This important position is currently held by Nick Fisher, who has done an outstanding job.
Nick will be stepping down at the end of the 2026 race season, and we need someone ready to step in.
We’re looking for a dedicated individual to work alongside Nick throughout 2026 to learn the role, then officially take over for the 2027 season. This is a 2-year commitment (training year + first season in the role) and a unique opportunity to give back to the racing community while gaining a deeper understanding of how the series operates.

Scoring Expert
We’re looking for a Scoring Expert to help keep race days running smoothly! You’ll work alongside the Scoring Officer to set up, run, and pack up scoring equipment, ensuring results are accurate and delivered on time.

Perks: 💵 $200 per race weekend
What the Scoring Expert Will Do:

Help with scoring setup, timing, and tear-down at each event.

Support and organize club scoring volunteers.

Work closely with the Scoring Expert, Big Bike Steward, and Mini Bike Steward to ensure accurate results and smooth event operations.

Assist with registration as needed, including verifying rider entries and numbers.

Keep track of scoring equipment and supplies.
-
Assist with uploading and verifying race results.

Troubleshoot equipment or data issues during events.

Pitch in with training and process improvements.
-
Be part of the AMRA team at races and occasional meetings.
What We’re Looking For in a Scoring Expert:

Basic computer skills (Moto-Tally experience is a bonus)

Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure

Friendly and works well with others
